Bromley 0 Farnborough 0 – BSS – 06/11/2010
Bromley and Farnborough drew a blank in an entertaining draw at Hayes Lane on Saturday played out by two sides who will be looking to challenge for the play offs, but play very contrasting styles of football.
Farnborough started well and had some early pressure from a series of corners, Bradley Bubb had a header saved by Wes Foderingham, but The Ravens held out against their direct style and started to come into the game as it went on. Tony Finn was at the heart of all the creativity setting up Warren McBean and Paul Vines who both headed good chances wide as Bromley had a very good spell and McBean had another effort saved by Michael Jordan, but the half finished scoreless.
Bromley started the second half well, but they were stifled by the Farnborough game plan of late tackles and theatrical diving. The game drifted for a long spell before both sides had late chances, Daryl McMahon fired the visitors’ best chance wide, while McBean was once again denied by Jordan when well placed. Neither side could make the breakthrough and in the end the points were shared.

Quote for the game, 'All that money and they play like this!'- Mikey.

Bromley: Foderingham, Graves, Scarborough, Sobers, Patterson, Finn, Harding, Daly, Dolby, McBean, Vines. Subs: Dunk, Ibrahima, Sobers, Hrawood, Holloway.
